They look like sisters, instead of mother and daughter to me.

So young !!

and her skin !!!

What's the secret of her staying young ?

She had a question from her fans about " the key to her fountain of youth " and she answered in one of the interviews and she said something like that ,

" Chi energy, it's about feeling."  ( translated from Japanese )

How you see yourself is one of the most important keys to keep you look younger.

She is also singing on the stage with her daughter in her concert, wearing like a teenager, with fashionable fashion.

Seiko Matsuda was the top idol star in 80S generation in Japan, and influenced many young girls whatever she did , and every single song she published got number one hit.

She is one year older than me and since when I was 17, she became the huge star.  I haven't seen her for a long time since I moved to USA and recently I happened to find the video above, and some of her other videos and was amazed by her young look.

She didn't say any other things for her staying young except for  about "feeling".

She loves to eat Japanese traditional foods, which are simple and healthy.
She and her daughter are like friends each other, she can talk any topics with her daughter. 

Communicating with young people can be influenced by many things, and can make you look and feel younger.

For other things, she often wash her face with cold water every day.
She doen't do special exercise, doesn't run, doesn't swim, but on the stage when she is singing, she is dancing.

Singing is also good for your mood.

I suppose her natural everyday habit is making her look young.
